Lola & Vinay ~ Petersham Nurseries wedding, London

It’s no secret that I love both Petersham Nurseries and Hindu ceremonies, so when you put the two together you get a very happy photographer!!! Lola and Vinay’s ceremony was made extra special by Chanda - the first female Hindu priest to conduct weddings in the UK. It was one of the most beautiful and spiritual ceremonies that I’ve ever witnessed; one of my favourite parts was the cleansing before the ceremony and the recital by Chanda -

Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.”

After the celebration at Petersham Nurseries we all headed to Tap Tavern in Richmond for the afterparty. I’ll always look back on this day with the fondest memories of Lola & Vinay and the many, many tequila shots that we did together…
