Kiri & Tommy ~ Firle Yurts festival wedding, Sussex

Kiri & Tommy wanted to avoid a traditional wedding, so they got married in a church surrounded by close family and friends on the previous day before holding a bigger celebration in a beautiful valley in the South Downs. I loved that they went for an unconventional format for this day - they greeted their guests before entering the hand fasting ceremony together, which was a nice change of pace to a ‘normal’ wedding.

The fun-filled ceremony led by a friend was followed by loads of food, an impromptu hike and singing songs on a hilltop while watching the sun set, campfires and loads of dancing. Pure bliss.
